Roxie’s Designer Collection is owned by Roxie Hagopian, who upon graduating and debut fashion show, from Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, (FIDM in LA, CA), started creating beautiful wedding dresses and veils.
Although Roxie enjoys designing, it was always her dream to own a bridal boutique where she loves helping brides find their dream wedding dress.
